Brief Biography:
He is Assistant Professor at the Departamento de Computacion (DC), Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales (FCEN) of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). He graduated in 1993, obtaining the degree of Licenciado en Ciencias de la Computacion (M.Sc) from FCEN-UBA, and received his PhD degree in Computer Science in 1999, from FCEN-UBA and (DIAM-IUSPIM)-Universite de Aix-Marseille III, France.

He has participated in the Computational Intelligence Group, ORNL (TN, USA) between 2000 and 2001. He was the Team Coordinator of the UBA-Sot team during FIRA2002 World Cup in Korea. Currently, he coordinates the Group of Computational Intelligence applied to collective robotics in DC-FCEN (UBA). His topics of interest are Robot Learning, Behavior Based Robotics, and Artificial Neural Networks.
