1) Game Objective
To help younger students to have opportunities to design and build the robot and under stand the basics of the robot.

2) Participants
Junior League

3) Team Formation
Individual (1 robot per 1 person)

4) Game Method
A playground assigned by the committee will be used for Non-Programming Line tracer. It is a tournament game that 2 robots starts at the same time, follow the line and bust the balloon in the middle. The robot that bust the balloon first will be the winner.

5) Game Rules
5-1. Committee will give 4 pins to bust the ballon and the participants can't use any other object to bust the ballon.
5-2. Robot should be constructed in 3 hours including practice time.
5-3. The robot should be built on during the construction time except controlling part. Controlling part can be pre made.
5-4. There is no limitation on the size of the robot. However, if the participant can't participate in the assigned playground the team will be disqualified.
5-5. Robots could be reconstructed and modified automatically or by the participants; a combustible device is not allowed. Direct control by the participants is not allowed as well; participants could only contact the robot when it is starts the game.
5-6. If the robot can complete the mission within 2 minutes the team will be disqualified.
5-7. Participants should not add, remove or change any hardware or software of the robot during the competition.
5-8. The IR/RF remote controller is not allowed.
5-9. Without the permission of the referee or working staffs, any team whose member touches the robot during competition will be disqualified.
5-10. If the robot break away the line the robot can restart again (1 time only) under supervision of referee.

6) Playground
6-1. Size 400cm X 200cm (Under)
6-2. White surface with black line less than 2cm wide painted on it and the width of the line can be varies in the course.

7) Scoring
7-1. The fastest on that bust the balloon in the middle will be the winner.

8) Tie breakers
8-1. If the balloon bust at the same time take an other game.
